A note on privacy.

This page describes how the Foggy Layers website handles the information you choose to provide.

Project requests

When you submit a request, we collect your name, email address, project details, delivery preference, and any files you attach. We use that information to review, quote, and carry out your request and communicate with you about it.

Uploaded models and reference files are stored privately. Submitting a file does not add it to the public gallery or product collection.

Orders and payments

When online payments are enabled, checkout is handled by Stripe. Foggy Layers receives the order and contact details needed to handle the purchase and delivery. Card details are entered with the payment provider.

Website services

The site is hosted on Cloudflare. Cloudflare Turnstile is used on enabled request forms to help limit automated submissions. If email notifications are configured, an email delivery service handles those messages.

Your shopping bag

The site stores product IDs and quantities in your browser so your shopping bag can stay available as you browse. You can remove the items or clear the site's browser storage. Uploaded files and project form text are not saved in this browser storage.

Questions or deletion requests

When online requests open, contact details will be available here. You can also use the enabled project request form to ask about your information. Some order information may need to be retained for recordkeeping.
